For those familiar with Volume One, “Nothing to Lose” is an entirely different addition to the Citizen Smith franchise. The initial concept for Volume Two was to pick up where the first left off- utilising the contemporary “Mix-CD” format of original music, dubs and exclusive freestyles. However, as each original song was recorded for the new project, culminating in the explosive title track “Nothing to Lose”, the need for extra dubs and freestyles became redundant. All bootlegged tracks were subsequently removed, leaving a lean 16 tracks with a focus purely on quality rather than quantity.
